Robin Owens

Based in Northern Colorado, Robin Owens is the founder of Veritas Concept Engineering, specializing in front-end facility planning and engineering for new and modified facilities.

His 30+ year background spans industrial engineering and operations, with expertise in facility planning at Boeing, Amkor Technology, and Advanced Energy.

Robin also held multiple site leadership positions at Jabil, along with operations leadership roles at Intel and Becton Dickinson.

In his current practice, Robin works directly with facility owners, architects, MEP engineers, and general contractors, translating operational requirements into plans the design and construction teams can build from. After the concept package is handed off, he stays engaged through design and construction, ensuring the original operational intent carries through to the finished facility.

Robin holds three degrees from Penn State University: Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering (BSIE), Master of Manufacturing Management (MMM), and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Owens lived in Asia for eight years and served as an instructor of industrial engineering at Mapúa University in Manila.

Robin is a veteran with 5 decorations from 2 years of service in the Persian Gulf (Navy Sea College Program).
